Aggregate Delivery Services

Valley City Supply is proud to offer on-site delivery for our aggregate services!  Our courteous and seasoned drivers, along with our dedicated dispatch team, will make sure that your bulk stone delivery arrives on time and to your satisfaction.  Please see below for information regarding minimum quantities, dump placement, and conditions of delivery.  If you have any additional questions, please contact us.

Aggregate Delivery Zone & Fees

Our service/delivery area for aggregate and bulk stone delivery covers a majority of Northeast Ohio.  The cost of delivery is determined and based upon the distance away the site delivery is from our stone yard (located in Valley City) and must be prepaid before your delivery is scheduled. 


Aggregate deliveries are typically scheduled for the afternoon.  Same day delivery is very limited and holidays - such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day - are very busy times of the year for aggregate delivery.  Please be sure to order and schedule well in advance if needing bulk stone around summer holidays.

Minimum & Maximum Quantities

STANDARD AGGREGATE:  A 1-ton minimum is required for all aggregate deliveries. 


Most residential delivery is done with our 10-ton dump truck; however, we do have a 20-ton dump truck available for larger orders and sites, such as construction sites or farms.


BULK BAGS:  Bulk Aggregate Bags are available in 1-ton or 2-ton sizes.  Maximum quantity is 3 bags per load and are delivered by way of tractor trailer (trailer delivery charges apply).


NON-STANDARD AGGREGATE: Delivery of #1 and #2 limestone is available by special order.  It comes direct from the quarry and is available in full truck load quantities only.

Aggregate Estimating Tips

Dump Placement

Our delivery drivers will make every attempt to place your material in the location of your choosing.  However, if the truck is unable to reach the location, if it is unsafe or will cause damage to your property or the truck, you will need to have an alternative location available.  The placement of your material is ultimately up to the driver's discretion and expertise.  If there is not an appropriate location available, the driver will not dump the material.


CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY: 

  • Drivers are unable to dump material in multiple locations
  • Drivers are unable to control how the material may spread out after it's dumped.  Please make sure there is ample space for your preferred dump spot.
  • We are only able to dump the material at the delivery address provided.
  • If an order is refused for any reason while the truck is onsite, delivery fees will still be charged and there are no refunds.  This includes lack of appropriate dump location.
  • The delivery of material may cause damage to the location it is being delivered to in various ways.  This can include, but is not limited to, the weight of the truck and/or the weight of the material.  By accepting delivery of your material, you accept the responsibility of any damage that could occur.
