No, we do not install the countertops.  We only fabricate them according to your specifications.  That's one of the benefits of using Valley City Supply to make your outdoor countertops!  You're in control of the timeframe of your project!  You measure, we create, you install.  This allows you to receive and use your outdoor countertop much faster than having to wait for someone else to come out, measure, template, fabricate, and then install.  

Both our limestone and sandstone countertops should be sealed to help protect them from weather elements and food stains, while ensuring their continued durability and longevity.


Valley City Supply does offer sealing services, however it is not included.  Sealing your countertop yourself can save you both time and money.

We always recommend and highly encourage that you hire a professional contractor to install your project.  Depending on the type of base your countertop will be installed upon, a footer or angle irons may be required to ensure no shifting or breakage of your countertop occurs.  


We are more than happy to offer assistance with helping you find a professional contractor or qualified mason to design or install your project.  Any contractor we recommend has been vetted by us and one we consider a reliable business partnership.  So you can feel safe knowing that your project is in the hands of a true professional company!

MEASURING: 

We highly recommend that you build the base for your countertop and install your masonry (stone/brick) BEFORE you measure.  This is to ensure that you have the proper dimensions and overhang for the actual structure the countertop will be installed upon.  And because our lead time is much shorter than other companies, you don't need to rush and order the countertop first to try and have it finished by the time it takes to build your base.


APPLIANCE CUTOUTS:

Our Master Stone Fabricator is able to cut out openings for your appliances (grills, burners, etc.) based upon the dimensions you provide.  If you are not using the services of a professional contractor to create a template, install, or do the cutouts onsite, then we recommend that you purchase all your appliances BEFORE you order your countertop.  This will ensure you have the correct cutout dimensions for ordering.

While our stone fabrication shop services all of Ohio and surrounding states, countertop delivery is limited to only Northeast Ohio.

Project detail form

One of our specialists will contact you and send you a project detail form for you to complete with your countertop measurements, outdoor appliance cutouts, desired edge, etc.

Project quote

Once your specialist receives your project detail form, they will prepare your quote.  Once approved and your payment received, our craftsman will begin working on your project.

Fabrication

Our craftsman will cut your countertop to your specifications.  Once complete, your countertop will be ready for you or your contractor to install.
