1st Impressions

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This client wanted to flatten a 6' change in the builder's final grade to have an extensive outdoor kitchen - complete with a grill, side burner, Green Egg, sink, trash, outdoor refrigerator, and storage.  They also wanted space for a hot tub, gas fire pit, and access to their basement level instead of the egress window. 

Materials include Unilock U-Cara kitchen, Pisa II retaining walls, Beacon Hill Smooth pavers with Copthorne Basalt accents, Brussels fire pit, Delta Heat grill and applicances, a spiral staircase, railings, and lighting.
