OVERAGE

It’s standard practice to order 10% overage on most products. Reasons for ordering product overage can include unintentional miscalculations with your square/linear footage, last minute changes to project scope and design, or unforeseen obstacles or complications that may arise when you begin installation.

Because manufacturer lead times may vary throughout the year, the product you purchased may not be immediately available, and to avoid any delays to your project, it is best to order more than what you need.

RESTOCKING FEE

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned material. It is your responsibility to confirm that the products/material you are ordering is correct, including product type, color, and quantity.  Stone veneer that is deemed as "special order" (meaning not stocked) is not eligible to be restocked or returned.

PRODUCT BREAKAGE

Two percent (2%) product breakage is deemed acceptable by most manufacturers. Due to reasons beyond our control or the control of our suppliers, product breakage can sometimes occur during packaging, handling, and shipping of the products. Because of this, most suppliers will not replace any broken products unless it exceeds 2% of the ordered quantity. Example: If you purchase 8 boxes of stone veneer, the supplier will not replace any broken pieces if it is less than 2% of your total order. This is another reason why we always recommend ordering 10% overage.
