How Valley City Supply Is Responding to COVID-19

We are here and ready to assist you.

We are reviewing our business practices daily, and, in an effort to work safely, we are implementing new showroom and pickup/loading policies and procedures effective March 23, 2020.  We are here to be of service to our construction customers, our community, and all of the families that have been affected during these difficult times.  Please read below for the changes to our showroom and loading/pickup procedures.

Valley City Supply facilities has been restricted to employees only.  Although we have a reduced staff, we will still be onsite and hard at work for you. Our sales team will be able to assist and take orders via phone, text, website chat, and email.

The current procedure for loading trucks will also be a little different.

  • If you are picking up an order, please call customer service when you arrive (330-483-3400, Option 0) and we will prepare your loading documents and bring them out to you. 
  • Customers and drivers should stay in their vehicles.  We will be social distancing a minimum of six (6) feet at all times.
  • When you arrive, please open your vehicle and then return inside your vehicle.
  • When loading is finished, you may exit your vehicle to close it.
  • You will still receive the same great service you have learned to know and trust.  There will just be a physical distance between us.

Current Changes - Online/Virtual Showroom Appointments

Our design center and supply yard will be completely shut down on Saturdays.  Virtual showroom visits will be by appointment only (Monday thru Friday). Please go to our online showroom appointment page for more information and to make an appointment.  We now have the option to help you create your project virtually.  Contact us and we will cater a personal showroom experience to you!  Being a family owned company, we take the health and safety of our staff and customers very seriously. If you would like physical samples, let your sales specialist know and we will arrange for you to receive them.
